Tender Packages

This package of work shows the detailed design and construction of the building components including details such as the stairs, fireplaces and the internal fittings. A specification document lists details of materials and construction as well as the fixtures and fittings. The more thorough the tender package, the more accurate the prices quoted by builders are likely to be. Sometimes more drawings and specifications may be needed after work has started, either to provide extra guidance to the builder or to deal with unexpected problems.
