During the build, we can monitor and administer work on your behalf to ensure that the projects stay on schedule.
Regular visits are made to carry out spot checks of the quality of the work. We record amendments to the original contract drawings, monitor the programme and provide any extra drawings or information that the builder may need to complete the works.
