Building Regulations

The proposals must to comply with the Building Regulations which is described in a set of booklets called ’Approved Documents’. We can prepare and submit your building regulations applications to the local authority Building Control Officer or to the commercial equivalent known as an ‘Approved Inspector’. A building regulations package should get you ‘full plans approval’ before work starts, but is not sufficiently detailed to obtain reliable prices from builders.
