Julian Owen Associates have received planning permission for a new contemporary home on a plot of land in a conservation area in the heart of Nottingham.
The proposed new build is to be a 4 bed house, which takes advantage of the level changes on site to provide a hidden indoor/outdoor courtyard area on the ground floor, with views of the high level meadow lawn from the first floor bedrooms.
