New Houses - New replacement dwelling in greenbelt, Bunny Nottinghamshire

This house was built for clients who already lived on the site in a relatively small and cramped bungalow. Because the whole of the village of Bunny is in the Greenbelt, extensive negotiations were necessary with the planning department to obtain the largest possible building, within the restrictions of planning policy for the area. One of the ways that the floor area was maximised was to make full use of the roofspace.
