New Houses - Front of new house, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

The front of this self build property has a number of feature windows, which give the associated rooms and interesting character inside and out. The inverted ‘V’ shaped window over the garage allows light into the room that would not have been possible with a conventional square shape. A special lintel was necessary to construct it.
