This variant from the Kingspan range, shows a combination of rendered and timber clad walls. Following completion of the SIPS shell, the exterior can be clad in a range of mateials including brickwork. The "starter" module can also be customised with additional "bolt on" modules to provide extra space in the form of sunroom, garage, bedroom etc as required. This fast track construction method enables a weathertight shell to be erected much quicker than traditional masonry construction, allowing other trades to follow on internally much quicker.
