Domestic Extensions - Standalone Swimming Pool

A client in Hickling Pastures requested a stand alone swimming pool building, which was constructed in the rear garden. The building also included a hot tub, gym, changing area, bar and entertaining space which lead onto an outside patio area which enjoyed far reaching views of The Vale of Belvoir. To avoid planning restrictions in open countryside, the building was sunk into the ground to reduce the overall roof height.
