Non-Domestic Projects - Industrial unit, Pinxton, Nottingham
This 400sqm extension to an existing factory unit in Pinxton nearly doubled the existing floorspace of the original building. The project also included the creation of a larger carpark and turning area for articulated lorries. The construction is steel frame, with steel cladding at high level and brick cladding at low level. The finished building was a significant improvement visually as well as for the operation of the factory.
