Non-Domestic Projects - External conversion and refurbishment of cotton mill to offices, Ilkeston, Derbyshire

The exterior of this 20,000 sqft office refurbishment required cleaning down and new replacement windows to moderns standards throughout. The entrance area was relocated and a welcoming lobby created. The building has been let to several different tenants and their requirements also had to be incorporated into the refurbishment work.
