Non-Domestic Projects - Internal conversion of former cotton mill to offices, Ilkeston Derbyshire

This project involved the total refurbishment of a 20,000sq ft mill building in the centre of Ilkeston into modern standard offices. Work included extensive structural alterations, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, the creation of a large, landscaped parking area and the construction of new staircases to provide adequate fire escape. The structure also had to be fire protected and sound and fire insulation provided between floors.
