Non-Domestic Projects - Housing development, South Scarle, near Newark, Nottingham
Julian Owen Associates obtained full planning approval for a group of three new houses and a barn conversion adjacent to the main road at South Scarle. The client sold the plots off separately to self builders, who built the houses themselves. Julian Owen Associates also prepared building regulations drawings for one of the self builders.
