Julian Owen Associates provided the masterplan for the complete redevelopment of a gravel works into a marina for 373 pontoon berths, the site included facilities for the narrow boat owners including a restaurant, chandlers, and toilets. The top floor of the main block is a holiday let. The building was designed to appear to float over the water, with an extensive terrace for diners and drinkers.
