Non-Domestic Projects - New offices with ground floor retail, city centre, Nottingham
Planning permission was gained for a site in the centre of Nottingham to convert and upgrade and existing building for retail and office use. The project involved the complete re-cladding of the plain brick exterior, totally changing the appearance of the property, without requiring extensive structural work to the interior.
